This Friday, the first stone will be laid for the future Roguez Activity Zone (ZA du Roguez), in the presence of Isabelle Brès and Jean-François Spinelli.
Located on the left bank of the Var in the municipalities of Colomars and Castagniers, this future activity zone, ideally accessible, is the first creation of an economic activity site in over 20 years within the metropolitan area.
In response to the strong demand from local businesses for activity spaces in our territory and complementing the Eco-Valley of the Plaine du Var, ZA du Roguez will allow the establishment of nearly 20 SME/SMI type companies and the creation of nearly 200 direct jobs.
In accordance with the requirements of the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur for environmental respect, this operation, which will cover 3.8 hectares, will present a new concept of activity site in architectural, environmental, and technological terms, fully integrated into its natural environment.
