Grégory Rossi, known by his stage name Le Môme, releases his first album Bicéphale.

After two EPs, *Bruit qui court* in 2018 and *En attendant Bicéphale* in 2020, this young 24-year-old rapper from Nice offered us his first album on January 14th, titled *Bicéphale*, a self-produced album with 20 tracks.

Le Môme started rapping at the age of 16. After a few years, he managed to make a name for himself in Nice. Between 2018 and 2019, he gave around sixty concerts at local venues such as the MJC Picaud, the Alexandre III theater in Cannes, and the theater of Verdure in Nice.

His album, bicéphale meaning “having two heads,” evokes the theme of duality, the notion of having two faces. One “black magic” side, another “white magic.”

“I do what I love, I don’t question what works or not. I try things, I do what speaks to me, and I want to show multiple facets,” he explains.

What he loves about art and writing is the absence of rules; he enjoys conveying emotions. He does not wish to confine himself to the boxes of rap, slam, or song. His album contains a bit of everything, so he prefers to simply define himself as “an artist who makes songs” so as not to limit himself.

His inspiration, which he draws from his city of Nice, his friends, his loves, is very variable for him, “it’s the idea that brings the words or the words that bring the idea.”

Hoping that this first album is promising for a musical future, he aspires to establish himself permanently in the music world.
