Nice Premium proposed a set of questions to candidates of the legislative elections to allow its readers to better know, appreciate, and thus assist them in making their choice.

cherki.jpg Nice Premium: If you had to introduce yourself, what would you say?

SC: I am a free man, from the social right, father of 5 children, business leader and voluntary mayor of the commune of Eze.

NP: What is the reason for your political commitment?

SC: To end my life by helping others, and especially in preparing the future of our children.

NP: Have you already been elected, or have you been a candidate in legislative elections?

SC: This is the first time I am running in legislative elections.

NP: What are the strengths of your positioning towards the electorate of the Azure Coast?

SC: I know my constituency and its populations very well.

NP: Why are you a candidate in this constituency?

SC: Because I love it, and I live here.

NP: How would you define your constituency?

SC: The constituency is very vast. It stretches from the coast up to Tende or Coaraze. Its diversity is very interesting, the populations are different in each commune, and this diversity is very enriching.

NP: What are, according to you, the first urgencies and the first projects to be implemented?

SC: As you know, a deputy works for France and must bring ideas to the national level. The projects I care the most about are:

1) The reassessment of the allocation of social or communal housing, there is too much injustice in this matter. I have developed a project that would allow more equity and social justice,

2) Imposing hiring rules so that companies are obliged to hire at least two people over fifty for every 10 employees recruited,

3) Forcing banks to lend money to young business creators (with well-defined rules both for the bank and for the borrower),

4) Reducing transfer taxes for the purchase of small surface apartments while increasing the transfer taxes for very large surface apartments,

5) Exempting from inheritance tax the donations made to children and grandchildren provided they are made to companies either being created or increasing their capital,

6) Re-establishing border control,

7) Reviving local commerce by prioritizing public markets for entrepreneurs located within the requesters’ perimeter,

8) Controlling the establishment of foreign companies that suffocate artisans and SMEs by practicing very low prices and not respecting French labor code.

etc, etc …

NP: Do you think that the presidential election will influence the electoral choice?

SC: No

NP: What is your forecast for the result of the first round?

SC: A pink wave considering some political choices in the allocation of nominations by the UMP.

NP: Do you envision a scenario for the second round?

SC: I do not imagine cohabitation unless the voters do not vote the same way in the legislative elections

NP: How is your campaign going, and what are your next deadlines?

SC: My campaign is going very well and the voters are interested in it

NP: What will you do next June 10th?

SC: I will visit the different polling stations in my constituency which is composed of 33 cities and more than 100 polling stations.
