The results of the 9 districts of the Côte d’Azur present a totally different situation compared to the pre-existing one: the RN wins three seats (Brian Masson/2nd; Alexandra Masson/4th; Lionel Tivoli/6th) while the candidates of the presidential majority are defeated in all run-offs. Except one: the 3rd district won by Philippe Pradal.
The Republicans, who had 6 outgoing representatives, lose one: three incumbents are re-confirmed (Eric Pauget, Michèle Tabarot, Eric Ciotti), and they are joined by newcomers Alexandra Martin and Christelle D’Intorni, who wins the duel with the outgoing Marine Brenier in the 5th district.
In summary: the landscape that showed the situation as 6 LR and 3 LREM will change from this Monday to: 5 LR, 3 RN, 1 Ensemble!
