The Radical Left Party 06 did not wish to present candidates in the absence of a departmental agreement.
According to its president, Patrick Mottard: “In the face of the far-right and the right, it is crucial not to weaken the camp of those who wish for the success of the presidential project by having multiple candidates. This is particularly the case in the 3rd constituency where the PRG is traditionally well established.”
With this in mind, the PRG 06 specifically supports candidates who are likely to carry its values within the future presidential majority. These values include:
- the promotion of secularism and the rejection of communitarianism,
- a necessary economic reform that does not undermine the balances of the French social model,
- an ambitious European policy,
- a bold approach to societal issues,
- an exacting environmental policy alongside our partners from Generation Ecology.
With this perspective, the PRG 06 officially supports the following candidates in the Alpes-Maritimes:
- 2nd constituency: Loïc Dombreval (LRM)
- 3rd constituency: Raphaël Galmiche (PS)
- 5th constituency: Jacqueline Devier (PS)
- 6th constituency: Nathalie Audin (LRM)
- 7th constituency: Khaled Ben Abderrahmane (LRM)
- 8th constituency: Antoine Babu (PS)
