It will be a pink day! Indeed, women will be in the spotlight for this 15th edition of the Entreprenariales, which, incidentally, will have an unambiguous title: “The Feminine Enterprise”.
If Philippe Renaudi, president of UPE06, who organizes this business world fair, aligns with the prose of Jean Ferrat, “woman is the future of man, and the future her kingdom”, Bruno Valentin, in charge of organizing the Entreprenariales and vice-president of UPE06, offers a more concrete analysis: it is, he says, “about reflecting on the emergence of feminine values within the company, long dominated by masculine values”.
A vast project that deserves attention and will profoundly change the future of companies and their operation.
In addition to the presence of about a hundred companies and their information stands, the day will feature key moments, particularly four round tables dedicated to the theme of the day “The Feminine Enterprise”, through various testimonies from women entrepreneurs. The Association of Women Entrepreneurs has naturally been invited to participate.
On the agenda:
11:00 AM / 12:30 PM โ Feminine/Masculine Management
Long dominated by masculine values, many companies are paving the way for a new management style where feminine values emerge. Both different and completely complementary, these values must coexist for better harmony and more performance without substituting one model for another.
2:15 PM – 3:15 PM โ Business Creation, Takeover, They Share Their Stories
Do you want to venture into business creation/takeover and don’t know how to proceed? Join us at this interactive workshop to exchange and share experiences with those who have taken the plunge and discover all the business creation/takeover actors in the department who will answer your questions.
4:30 PM / 5:30 PM โ They Broke the Glass Ceiling
Journeys of committed and influential women who have managed to break through or circumvent the infamous glass ceiling, an undeniable obstacle to professional advancement and female representation in all leadership positions.
5:30 PM / 6:30 PM โ Closing Conference โ Leadership in Women (Guest of honor: Sarah OURAHMOUNE, Olympic boxing vice-champion and entrepreneur).
According to the France Entrepreneur Agency, 32% of businesses in our country are created by women who have made entrepreneurship a life project in which they invest with determination. Today, more than ever, there are numerous opportunities for them to engage in economic, cultural, sports, political life… and to assert themselves. Successful women share their stories: How do you take control of your destiny? How do you dare to be different? How do you become a leader?
