The curtain falls on the 9th edition of the Etoiles de Mougins, dedicated to desserts in all their forms, which took place this weekend. Three days of sweet delights and among the highlights of this last weekend of madness. An explosion in the mouth as well as in the village streets colorful for the occasion.
During these crazy days, 120 chefs, through demonstrations or workshops, and the Toques Brรปlรฉes once again surprised with an improvised show featuring duck fillet with soy sauce and wasabi, “gambero rosso” with passion fruit vinegar, or even a zucchini tartare with coriander.
The children’s day, where 750 budding little chefs all flamboyant, were able to enjoy workshops orchestrated by Philippe Conticini, Christelle Brua, Vincent Thierry, Vincent Lucas, and many others… and create a giant tart over 120 meters long.
The public was won over, and 25,000 enthusiasts, eager to discover new trends, made the trip.
