In this spring, the Heritage Center offers thematic tours focusing on architecture, monuments, and historical figures who have witnessed and played key roles in the development of our city.

These guided tours contribute to the movement for the preservation, protection, and knowledge of the vast wealth of Nice’s heritage.

*Monday at 2:30 PM: “The Nice Opera”*

Meeting point on the exterior forecourt of the Opera, rue Saint-François-de-Paule. Let yourself be told the story of this major venue of the Nice music and artistic scene.

*Tuesday at 10:00 AM: “Turinese Nice”*

Meeting point in front of Lycée Masséna, 2, avenue Félix Faure. Discover a corner of Piedmont by the Mediterranean Sea.

*Wednesday at 10:00 AM: “The Governor’s Palace”*

Meeting point in front of the entrance to the Prefecture Palace, place Pierre Gautier. Enter the heart of power in this historic palace that became the Prefecture of Alpes-Maritimes in 1860.

*Thursday at 2:00 PM: “Villa Arson”*

Meeting point in front of Saint-Barthélemy Church, 11, montée Claire Virenque. An agricultural and leisure estate of an illustrious Nice family from the 19th century, Villa Arson, today the National School of Art and a hub for avant-garde creation, opens its doors to us.

*Friday at 10:00 AM: “An Unusual Old Nice: the Guides’ Favorites”*

Meeting point at the Heritage Center – Le Sénat, 14, rue Jules Gilly. Old Nice reveals itself to your eyes according to the seasons and your guide’s tastes! Let the historical heart of Nice be told to you.

*Every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday at 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM: “The Crypt of Nice”*

Meeting point place Jacques Toja, with your ticket previously purchased at the Heritage Center. A whole submerged world sleeps beneath the entrails of Nice. A fragment of this history has been preserved under place Garibaldi, and the doors open for a visit.
