Major construction work is being carried out in the western district of the azure capital.
Starting today, Tuesday, June 7, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis is beginning work, mostly at night, to upgrade the tramway tracks in the Grand Arénas area.
This development will allow the “Grand Arénas” north station to be serviced while providing all modern comforts.
However, this work will also cause changes at several stations:
Stations on Line 2: “CADAM Centre Administratif”, “Digue des Français”, and “Paul Montel / Les Moulins” will not be serviced. But the airport service will be ensured.
Stations on Line 3: “Digue des Français”, “Paul Montel / Les Moulins”, “Grand Arénas”, and “Airport Terminal 1” and “Airport Terminal 2” will not be serviced.
As a result, replacement buses will be provided:
– from Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th, from Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd from 11 PM to the end of service
– on Fridays, June 10th and 24th, and from Monday 27th to Thursday 30th June from 10 PM to the end of service
– on the weekends of June 11/12 and June 25/26 all day
