Good news for the gym supporters! For the opening of the 2020-2021 Ligue 1 season, supporters will be able to come and support the Aiglons at the stadium.
While the subscription campaign started about ten days ago, the loyal supporters of OGC Nice will have the opportunity to attend the opening match of the French championship on August 23 against RC Lens.
Although 5,000 people will be allowed to enter the venue, the staff mobilized for the organization of the match (staff, technicians, security…) will also need to be considered.
โThe national limit set for sporting events was determined collectively during a meeting at the prefecture, bringing together representatives of the State, the city hall, and the club,โ the club specified via a statement.
To attend the match in the stands, one must be a subscriber, preferably for several years. โA waiting list will be created with other subscribers in case the first selected do not activate their tickets before the evening of August 18. As announced in July, subscribers will only pay for the matches they are allowed to attend due to the health context.โ
Let’s hope that the health conditions will allow more supporters to attend in the coming weeks for the matches against PSG (on September 19), AS Monaco (on October 11), and LOSC (on October 24).
Wearing a mask will, of course, be mandatory around and inside the stadium for people over the age of twelve. It should also be noted that the gates of the Allianz Riviera will open two hours before the start of the match to facilitate the arrival of supporters.
