The Marémontane Academy launches the Knights of the Lily saga, written by Valéry d’Amboise. Consisting of 5 volumes, these books aim to protect children and teenagers from tobacco. The first volume, Noah’s Ark, is already available.
Adapted for young readers, the Knights of the Lily saga is accompanied by actions to raise awareness about the dangers of smoking and violence. Non-smoking teen clubs will gradually be established in schools and colleges. The most active clubs will even be rewarded.
These clubs already have an emblem, like real knights. Thus, they live their own missions and adventures, just like the heroes of the book. Presentations of the work have already been made in fifth-grade classes. They are the first to become “Squires of the Lily.”
