The local opposition is experiencing a new upheaval: after the left split into three groups (socialists, left radicals, and ecologists), it is now the National Front’s turn to fracture between “identitarian frontists” and “marinists”.
Upon reading the statement below, it seems clear that the inclusion of Olivier Bettati and, more significantly, Philippe Vardon (formerly of Nissa Rebela), who brought a strong identitarian movement, into the frontist fold is a graft that did not take.
One can imagine the smile of Christian Estrosi, leading an armada with a firm hand that has the discipline of centurions and legionnaires of Caesar’s Xth Legion.
Opposite him, despite the (good or bad) reasons of each party, he faces an opposition that spends its time fighting internally and ends up having the consistency and strength of a bag of “confetti”.
Enough to sleep soundly for the remainder of the term.

The municipal counselors of the National Front group: Luce Féron, Guillaume Aral, and Marc-André Domergue, have decided to dissociate from Madame Arnautu by reorganizing the FN/RBM Municipal Group to become the Nice Bleu Marine Group again.
Two major points motivated this reorganization:
The first, internal to the functioning of the group, marks our inability to properly and calmly fulfill our role as elected officials under the yoke of a Group President (Marie-Christine Arnautu) with despotic behavior, making decisions from Paris… and often against the interests of FN / RBM and its President Marine Le Pen.
The second point marks our deep political disagreement with the identitarian drifts of Madame Marion Maréchal’s political line.
Indeed, following this local electoral “trilogy” (Municipal, Departmental, Regional), we can affirm, supported by official results, that the base and the elected officials of the 06, and primarily of Nice, never listened to in recent months, were nevertheless right, be it concerning failed parachuting or incomprehensible alliances (Bettati – Vardon) for our electorate.
Against the same political adversary, the municipal elections were a failure (21%), and despite the strong progression during these regional elections in PACA, it was nevertheless a failure in the 06 and notably in the City of Nice, which notes a decline of 2% compared to the 2015 Departmentals, which were led by our party’s local actors!
Through this reorganization, we wish, within the National Front and the Rassemblement Bleu Marine, to emphasize our group’s attachment to our President Marine Le Pen and to engage in present and future battles for the people of Nice and the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur.
