From July 22 to 23, the City Hall of Nice is setting up a temporary vaccination center at Cours Saleya for restaurateurs, hoteliers, merchants, and beach operators.
Six nurses, two doctors, and six administrative staff are on hand to speed up the vaccination process. Business owners and managers of shops and restaurants who have grouped and sent their requests to the Nice City Hall will have priority for their staff over these two days. In addition to on-site vaccination, mobile teams are reaching out to staff working in businesses, shops, and malls, as well as tourism professionals, to administer them a dose of Pfizer.
Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, Christian Estrosi has wanted to โdevelop close-proximity vaccination with large centers. But also, to form mobile teams to get closer to citizens.โ The creation of this temporary center at Cours Saleya brings this project to fruition.
With the ongoing threat of the Delta variant, the city of Nice is making every effort to protect its population from imminent danger. It should be noted that in France, nearly 68,025,000 doses have already been administered as of July 22, 2021.
