The orders from governors Fontana (Lombardy) and Cirio (Piedmont) grant permission to open the slopes starting Monday. The daily attendance cannot exceed 30% of the total hourly capacity.
The long wait is about to end. Many ski enthusiasts from February 15, or next Monday, will be able to return to the Lombard and Piedmont slopes, always keeping in mind the danger of Covid-19 and therefore with all necessary precautions.
To ensure adequate monitoring of the adopted measures, the managers of each ski resort must inform the relevant health protection agencies in the area, before the opening date of the facilities, about the open facilities, the hourly capacity, the individual ski lifts, and the entire ski area or resort, as well as the permissible daily attendance in the ski area.
