From June 15 to September 22, 2024, the Musรฉe Massรฉna is hosting the exhibition of the artist Cabu, assembling over 300 of his drawings.
Between laughter and emotion, Vรฉronique Cabut is pleased to share with the city of Nice more than 300 drawings by the famous artist Cabu. You will be able to discover numerous drawings organized around six themes: sports, the Olympic Games, football, journalists, the Tour de France, and supporters.
Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice, President of the Metropolis Nice Cรดte d’Azur, and Deputy President of the Provence-Alpes-Cรดte d’Azur Region, expressed his satisfaction: โThe city of Nice is extremely proud to present the exhibition โCabu, Long Live Sports!โ just before the Olympic flame passes on June 18 and a few weeks before the grand arrival of the Tour de France on July 21 and the Olympic football events scheduled in the city between July 24 and 31, 2024. This exhibition is a tribute to the artist who perished in the Charlie Hebdo attack, defending freedom of expression and honoring all victims of attacks.โ
This exhibition offers visitors the opportunity to discover and appreciate the creations of the artist. A beautiful exhibition that pays tribute to satirical drawings focused on sports. The exhibition is open to all audiences, children and adults.
