From April 25 to May 31, all the teams at Carrefour Nice Lingostière came together for the 6th edition of “Les Boucles du Cœur,” the annual event initiated by Carrefour to demonstrate everyone’s commitment to supporting children in need.
As in previous years, the Nice Lingostière store chose to support Pitchin Pantaï, an association created in 2008 by a group of parents and friends of children with disabilities and, in some cases, very serious illnesses. Their primary goal is to make these children’s dreams come true by giving them the opportunity to travel with their families.
Carrefour, a socially responsible company
For many years, Carrefour has been committed to the non-profit sector, supporting numerous associations and charitable projects like the Pièces Jaunes, the French Popular Relief, Restos du Cœur, Food Banks, and the Telethon.
Solidarity is at the heart of the company’s values, with all its employees mobilizing and investing daily to help people in need. In 2015, Carrefour notably donated the equivalent of 92 million meals to charities including Restos du Cœur and the Food Bank.
