LR Primary: The die is cast… here I am again!

Latest News

Nicolas Sarkozy has just announced his candidacy for the right-wing primary by publishing a book, “All for France.” He already appears, and has for many months, as one of the potential winners of this competition, which will be held on the 20th and 27th of November. He is indeed leading the polls, although he has been trailing, also for many months, behind Alain Juppรฉ.

Accused by his critics of “unfair competition” for running a presidential campaign while being at the head of the party Les Rรฉpublicains, Nicolas Sarkozy undoubtedly intends to silence them very quickly.

Indeed, on August 25th, at 6:30 pm, he will hold a public meeting in Chรขteaurenard, in the Bouches-du-Rhรดne, in the presence of his supporters, among whom will likely be Christian Estrosi, who declared his support this Sunday as a “social assurance” (yes, yes, it’s true) and Eric Ciotti who had previously declared his support before the holidays.

The latter confirms his rise in the “Sarkozy” hierarchy and will even be one of the two spokespersons for the electoral campaign.

Given the campaign slogan “All for France,” fireworks are expected.

Moreover, in the preamble to his book-manifesto, Nicolas Sarkozy states clearly: “France demands that we give it our all.”

Goodbye moderation!
