At a time when a large number of political figures are talking about “Made in France,” Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice, President of Nice Côte d’Azur, and former Minister of Industry, reminds us that he was one of the first to take action by promoting and supporting this model.

In this spirit, in June 2010 and as Minister of Industry, he set up an observatory for “Made in France” and emphasizes the importance for France to be bold by giving the country an industrial ambition and promoting our expertise.

Furthermore, Christian Estrosi submitted a proposal for a European resolution on November 16th, aimed at better developing this “Made in France” model.

To illustrate this theme and to further promote “Made in France” in the Nice Côte d’Azur area, Christian Estrosi wanted to organize a day on this topic.

The President of the future Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis is conducting a global and coherent action, particularly in the Eco-Valley area, to create an environment conducive to innovation and the growth of SMEs as well as large companies, so that they choose to remain located in our region.

Christian Estrosi wished to commend the efforts of business leaders who aim to invest and produce in the Nice Côte d’Azur area, thereby creating and maintaining jobs, and is organizing a visit to three companies located in the Carros industrial zone (Synergie CAD, Arkopharma, and Malongo).
