This Monday, early in the afternoon, the Théâtre de Verdure and Jardin Albert 1er transformed into a vast playground where nearly 900 school children gave their all to have fun under the watchful eyes of the organizers of these activity days on the occasion of the traditional “May of Schools,” organized as part of the May Celebrations.
These activity days will bring together over 1,500 children over two days.
The playful itinerary is punctuated by games, musical performances, songs (aubades), folk dances, and theater with the participation of the company “Fée des rêves”…
The children participated in various thematic activities: games of pilou and pitchak, paillassou and pignata, pétanque, creating a “Nissa la Bella” fresco and floral crowns, making wide-brimmed hats, a “salade niçoise” Memory game, Chamboul’tout Bagna, tasting of local Nice specialties, etc.
