Thanks to the reorganization and consolidation of street cleaning, collection, and waste management services under a single authority, the cleanliness of the city has become a major local issue.
Throughout the year, the operational divisions of the Cleanliness Directorate organize large-scale operations every quarter in several neighborhoods of the city. This time, it is the turn of the Moulins district to benefit from this major cleanliness operation.
To give the neighborhood a “refresh” after the summer period, the City of Nice is employing substantial resources and will deploy its ‘Cleaning’ army on site:
Street sweepers, water trucks, high-pressure units, cleaners, cutters… No fewer than 20 agents will cover the area over six days to fight against dirtiness and incivility, in partnership with the Cรดte d’Azur Habitat building caretakers who will intervene with the NCA agents as part of the area’s cleaning efforts.
