-Manuel Pratt in “Silence in Slippers”

The silence of slippers is as terrible as that of boots.
Attention, Manuel Pratt’s latest solo show has arrived!
Religion, politics, love, current events, everything is dissected, condemned, scratched up by laughter. Still caustic, funny, biting, irreverent, without taboos, in a word: free!!!
The limitless humor of the last scenic rebel.

-A few words about Manuel Pratt

He writes all his shows alone at a pace of one to two, or even three per year. For a long time, alone on stage, he performs humor one-man shows, humor often described as black and cynical. He is neither Coluche nor Desproges, he would be closer to Reiser if a comparison had to be made. But his essential trait is that he is unclassifiable.

His approach to the stage is inspired by the only master he claims, Lenny Bruce. A stand-up, where the audience has the impression that the performer spontaneously delivers his vision of life, the world around us, our daily life as we dare not admit it. He tackles the toughest subjects with delight, without taboo, without limit. His ultra-fast delivery draws the audience in, making us laugh with his fears and anger and it works.

There you go, Manuel Pratt in a few words, you have to come see him on stage, take the time for a meeting…
