Announced during the new administrative organization of municipal and metropolitan services, the former magistrate Marc Joando has just been appointed Inspector General of Services.
After being accepted into the first entrance exam at the National School of Magistracy in 1973, he began his career as a lawyer at the Paris Bar. Until last month, he was the vice-president at the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Grasse, responsible for the administration of the criminal court.
