For the 2nd consecutive year, Espace Magnan offers children, teens, and adults a sporty and convivial start to the year, this time highlighting martial arts, with no less than 6 available to the public!!
Feel free to participate in this free day of initiation, demonstrations, and exchanges to discover the full diversity of martial arts as well as the skills and passion of the instructors!!
-PROGRAM:
1:30 PM: Demonstrations followed by initiation and practice with the instructors from the partner associations of Espace Magnan:
3:30 PM: Capoeira by the Arte Brasil association and Judo by the Azur Judo association
4:00 PM: Nihon Taï Jitsu/Self Defense by the Shomen association and Taï Chi Chuan/Qi Gong by the Ginkgo association
5:00 PM: Aikido by the Autonomous Academic Association of Dynamic Aïki Taïso and Karate by the Wado Nice Magnan association
-THE EXTRAS: 1:45 PM: A nod to Asian cinema with a public screening of the film Kung Fu Panda by Mark Osborne and John Stevenson (United States / 2008 / 1h30) Featuring the voices of Manu Payet, Pierre Arditi, Marie Gillain, Marc Lavoine.
