Martine Landry, 72 years old, an Amnesty International activist, appeared this Wednesday before the Nice criminal court. She is accused by the justice system of facilitating the entry into French territory of two foreign minors in an irregular situation.

She faces up to five years in prison and a fine of €30,000. At the prosecutor’s request, the trial has been postponed until April 11th.
