Place Masséna and Forum Jacques Médecin: 100% Event!
Major events have taken place in the gardens of Albert 1er in recent weeks, such as Italy at the Table, Bionazur, the Ironman village… and more recently the Nice Jazz Festival, which returned to the heart of the city and gathered nearly 30,000 people over 5 evenings with 9,000 entries on the closing night, a figure that had not been reached since 2003!
For its 2nd edition, the Masséna 100% Sport event allowed more than 40,000 spectators to attend and participate over a total of 21 days in a series of tournaments, demonstrations, and initiations of different beach sports: beach volleyball, beach soccer, foot-volley, sandball, beach wrestling… but also a grand boxing gala to open the event, and the finale of the Riviera Pétanque Show, which 1,600 people attended on July 25.
