Marine Le Pen’s visit to Nice on this May 1st, along with the holding of a gathering of European far-right groups, has mobilized organizations opposed to the ideas propagated by the far right. These organizations aim to make May 1, 2018, a day of struggle and gathering for social progress, peace, and solidarity.
They will organize a meeting-concert at the end of the May Day union parade to collectively voice their opposition to the theses promoted by the far-right and reaffirm their commitment to republican and democratic values of equality, peace, and solidarity in Nice, in France, and across the globe.
