Saturday, November 12 – “Beyond the Walls” Day at Muséaav – Nice.
Since 2003, the Fairplaylist association has been working to combine music, fair trade, and sustainable development. The festival returns for its 5th year, taking place throughout November, aligning with the Social and Solidarity Economy month with a rich program (more than 10 different evenings). It will be accompanied by workshops, debates, and meetings. For the occasion, the festival will make a stop in Nice and Marseille for two “Beyond the Walls” days!
Today, what the global world of tomorrow will be is taking shape locally. Yesterday, Nice and the French Riviera inspired the cultural and artistic avant-garde.
Today, this cosmopolitan space is meeting challenges and seems to be becoming essential on the economic, social, and cultural issues imposed by ecology and sustainable development.
The spectacular awakening to the future of the planet we have witnessed in recent years is changing minds, trends, and spaces.
The Ménilmontant festival is part of this dynamic by aiming to become the essential festival of music, ecology, and sustainable development.
Bringing together all the local actors of ecology and sustainable development, raising public awareness of fair music, sharing enthusiasm and energy to engage the curious, the shy, the skeptics, and the undecided, experiencing the intensity of a fraternal celebration – these are the goals of Fairplaylist and its festival.
For its 5th anniversary, the festival is exporting itself to Nice for a day! Between a digital photography workshop directed by Semenciers photographers, a morning of professional workshops led by the Fairplaylist association on the theme “Equity, solidarity, ecology: Putting sustainable development values to music,” cinematic screenings offered by Cinéma Brut, and a puppet show by Serge Dotti, the fair music of Laurent Cavalié and Gigi de Nice will resonate at Muséaav.
