On Sunday, July 17th, from 8 AM to 11 AM, the third day of the Grands Cols du Mercantour, 100% Bike operation will take place, featuring the ascent of the Col de la Lombarde located at 2,350 meters.
From the departure at Isola village to the summit of the Col de la Lombarde, which is a 22-kilometer ascent, the elevation gain is 1,631 meters, which is a 7.4% gradient.
The RD 97 road will be closed to traffic during this event.
A snack will be offered to participants before the start, as well as refreshments at the start and finish of the col.
Bike activities (gymkhana, electric bike rentals) will take place throughout the morning.

July 24 – Col de la Bonette – Restefond (2715 m): elevation gain +1764 m, distance 26 km
July 31 – Col de la Cayolle (2326 m): elevation gain +1126 m, distance 15 km
As a bonus, athletes seeking performance challenges can even reach the events via the Alpes-Maritimes bike trails.
