Météo France reports the risk of snow or freezing rain by the end of the night from Friday, November 28, 2008, into the day on Friday due to an active disturbance coming up from the Mediterranean that will affect the Alpes-Maritimes department.
The precipitation will occur with very low temperatures, slightly positive or negative. Therefore, there is a significant risk of snow or freezing rain affecting the interior and even the nearby interior areas, starting at altitudes of 200 to 300 meters or even in the plains.
The utmost caution is therefore recommended for road travel.
