– Housing: Approval of a public-private partnership charter for a constructive framework in favor of sustainable social housing.
– PLU (Local Urban Plan): Report on public consultation and halt of the local urban planning project for the municipalities of La Gaude, Isola, Aspremont, Roquebillière, Falicon, La Tour-sur-Tinée, Carros, and Eze.
– Urban Planning: City of Nice – Development of the René Cassin – Jules Bessi block – Approval of a comprehensive development project.
– Metropolitan Road Network: Municipalities of La Gaude and Saint-Laurent-du-Var – Creation of a partial interchange between M6202 bis and M2209 – Opening of the public inquiry.
– Water and Sanitation: Decentralized cooperation policy for water and sanitation.
– Finances: Urban community Nice Côte d’Azur – Administrative account 2011 – Approval.
