In terms of travel, everything has been implemented to ensure the continuity of public transport while ensuring the safety and protection of citizens, announced the Town Hall in a press release.
Here is the summary of the measures
Public transport: Service has been maintained at 75% since Tuesday, March 17. It will be further adjusted from Wednesday, March 25, while maintaining priority service to health facilities and over a range that meets the needs.
Thus, the tramway will run with a train every 20 minutes starting that day. The main bus lines will offer a departure approximately every 30 minutes, during their usual operating hours. Other lines will have a departure every hour between 7 AM and 8 PM.
Continuing service to health facilities is a priority: in case of changes in the situation, a special arrangement dedicated to healthcare personnel will be implemented to support the existing network to reach healthcare facilities.
In parallel, the sale of single tickets on board has been stopped to adhere to sanitary guidelines.
Free on-street parking: To allow residents to respect movement limitations without worrying about their vehicle’s parking, the enforcement of rules regarding the maximum parking duration has been suspended.
