Georges-François Leclerc, Prefect of Alpes-Maritimes, and Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice, observed a minute of silence in front of the memorial stele on the castle hill at 12 PM this Thursday, in tribute to the victims of the attack in Strasbourg.
