The vaccination campaign continues. More than 80% of the elderly, and half of the adults in the country, have received at least one dose of the vaccine, Olivier Vรฉran stated on Sunday, praising “an enthusiasm that has not waned since the beginning of the vaccination.”
As of June 7, more than 40 million injections have been carried out, according to the Directorate General of Health. And 13,997,549 people already have a complete vaccination cycle.
In detail, since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, more than 28 million people (28,271,153 precisely) have received at least one injection (which is 42% of the total population and 53% of the adult population).
And 12,517,222 people have received both doses (which is 18% of the total population and 23% of the adult population), according to still provisional data.
