Municipal Elections 2014: A New Breath for La Trinité?

Latest News

It’s not a surprise but it is an important piece of news for La Trinité: Jean-Louis Scoffié has announced that he will not be a candidate in the municipal elections next March, declaring with a certain flair that he is “leaving the place for the younger generation.”

As a page turns for our community, Ladislas Polski wishes to acknowledge, beyond disagreements, the first magistrate who was elected twice by the residents of La Trinité, but also the man, with whom it was always easy to have more than courteous exchanges outside the municipal council chamber.

“Turning a page doesn’t mean wiping the slate clean. Loving La Trinité is about seeing the strengths of our community and appreciating the work accomplished by the successive municipal governments. It is also and above all about preparing the future of our community while respecting its identity,” adds the candidate.

Preserving the quality of life, revitalizing the activity of the town center, paying attention to peripheral neighborhoods, determination to defend the interests of the community within the Metropolis—the challenges are numerous for the next mayor and his team.
