Municipal Elections (second round): Philippe Vardon (RN) Goes on the Offensive Again

Latest News

As soon as the announcement was made for the organization of the second round of municipal elections on June 28, Philippe Vardon did not hesitate and launched his campaign with his full-on style. (see above).

In fact, during the lockdown, he did not play the braggart; quite the opposite: the individual targeting of Christian Estrosi never stopped!

While the mayor’s sash will not be his, he must aim for second place in the three-way race (the third being the ecologist Jean-Marc Governatori) to assume the role of the main opponent to the Mayor of Nice.

I remind you that during the first round, 71% of Nice’s voters did not go to the polls, and among those who did vote, 53% did not vote for Christian Estrosi. These are the ones I am calling on to clearly express their refusal of the local policies led by Christian Estrosi and their rejection of the national policies led by his Macronist allies by voting massively for the list I am leading.

While during the lockdown our city experienced too many assaults on police officers, firefighters, and rescue services; while the assertion of Islamists reached a new level with the broadcast of the call to prayer for 15 days in the Roquebillière neighborhood, from a mosque hosted in city premises by the Estrosi municipality; while the crackdown on motorists by the current mayor has further intensified with the construction of bike paths against all common sense; the people of Nice must seize this election to make their voices heard and sanction Christian Estrosi.
