An exceptional season is in store for the Grimaldi Forum. This year, many premieres will take place there. The season opened beautifully with the premiere of Robert Hossein’s new show. But it won’t stop there:
Friday, September 26, the Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra will present its new concerto under the direction of Yakov Kreizberg.
From October 17 to 19, the Paris Opera Ballet will perform the premiere of “Giselle.” A romantic ballet that tells the story of an impossible love between a prince and a peasant girl.
From October 20 to 23, the Grimaldi Forum hosts the 19th Sportel Monaco. These are conferences related to new technologies and sports images. The best sports images will be awarded in the presence of many personalities.
Before a world tour, the group of John McLaughlin and Chick Corea, Five Peace Band, will stop in Monaco for a premiere on October 22.
On November 21 and 23, the Monte Carlo Opera will perform Mozart’s The Magic Flute as part of the Monegasque National Day celebrations. A fantastic tale under the direction of Philippe Auguin.
The eighth edition of the Monte Carlo Film Festival will take place from November 25 to 29. It’s a fascinating journey through comedy where eight films will compete for the “Platinum Award.”
December will be dedicated to the arts with the exhibition of the craftsmanship of the luxury crystal company Baccarat from December 19 to January 4. Two conferences will be devoted to the theme of heritage and creation at Baccarat.
January will be dedicated to business with the Monte Carlo Travel Market on January 9, 10, and 11. An invitation to travel, as the show will offer throughout these three days the leading destinations for luxury travel enthusiasts.
An exhibition dedicated to the construction of luxury dwellings, Batilux Monaco, will be held from January 16 to 19. Many public exhibitions will also be hosted. Numerous personalities from the world of architecture and design will gather during this show.
The Ballets de Monte Carlo will pay tribute to Maurice Bรฉjart on January 2, 3, and 4 with the Bรฉjart Ballet Lausanne as the guest of honor.
As you can see, the Grimaldi Forum inherits a dual vocation with the promotion of numerous professional events, but it is also rich in cultural programming. In a way, it is under this diversity that it has built its trademark.
