While waiting for the stages of true artists for a weekend that promises to set a new spectator record due to the high demand for reservations, young residents of the Côte d’Azur were treated to a musical introduction yesterday afternoon at the Acropolis.
1,000 middle school students from 20 institutions in the department attended the educational afternoon organized as part of the 10th edition of “C’est pas classique.” Once again this year, in a preview, middle school students from the department will have the opportunity to approach classical music differently.
With their new show “Video Games in Harmony” dedicated solely to video game music, the musicians of Cas’armonie offered the students a journey through the great titles of the genre that, for more than twenty-five years, have delighted fans worldwide: World of Warcraft, The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, Super Mario Bros, etc…
A very commendable initiative that may inspire future vocations in the educational paths of the students present.
Finally, let us remember that part of the “C’est pas classique” programming will be dedicated to young audiences with performances and workshops, each more atypical than the last.
