When I met its owner, Damien le Pêcheur, I didn’t know what ikejime fishing was. But it only took one bite of this tuna caught using this ecological and respectful fishing method, for me to realize that I had never really tasted fish before… I really couldn’t keep this to myself!

Live Music by the Pool, in Eze
When chef Patrick Raingeard tried to prank me, I got my revenge with his bentoboxes: “Asian”, “Mediterranean”, “Italian”, “Sweet”… I’ll go back for the “Detox” and “Caviar” and also for the music: around the infinity pool, facing the open sea: a dream!

Cocktail on the Rooftop, in Nice
That’s where I had my first rooftop drink binge… But I clearly remember the deck chairs, the jacuzzi, the comfy sofas, the signature cocktails and tapas, the trendy musical atmosphere, and the 360° view…

Snacking on the Beach, in Cannes
A true snacking kitchen with good fresh products, on the beach: it’s at kiosk 2 of Bono, on the Mouret Rouge beach, in the shade of Palm Beach. Easy to spot, I love these little blue and white holiday-looking kiosks. My favorites: the Caesar salad and the REAL pan-bagnat.
