Major issues on the Bouygues Telecom network, affecting Alpes-Maritimes, Lyon, Paris, and other cities.
Since this Tuesday morning, Bouygues Telecom customers have been experiencing issues either with mobile or fixed services, including difficulties making and receiving calls, and with 3G and 4G connections.
No clear explanation has been provided so far by Bouygues. The most affected cities on the Côte d’Azur are Nice, Cannes, Antibes, and Grasse.
