This idea isn’t a first; it originates from San Francisco, where it has been implemented since 2004. In Europe, many cities have already followed this example.
This operation, we are told, also aims to convey a message about the appreciation of biodiversity and the respect for nature.
In total, by the end of May, nearly 80 containers located in the parks and gardens of the City of Nice will be adorned by numerous street artists including Nasica, Brian Caddie, Faben, OTOM, Dzio, Hakim, Anabelle TATU, Kosh, César M., and Moustache Bleu.
They will surely be pleased with this recognition. As for biodiversity and nature, if only it were that simple…
