The weekend of June 4th and 5th, 2022 will host a new edition of the Gravel Trophy. The event’s organizers invite cycling enthusiasts to Valberg (06).
The program includes landscape change and meetings in nature. This year’s uniqueness is that the route was revealed 5 days before the start.
Three options are available depending on your preferences:
DISCOVERY – Take your time over two days to discover the peaks of the Alpes-Maritimes and the legendary red soils of the Cians gorges. Saturday: 25 km Sunday: 40 km
CHALLENGE – Push your limits further? An Alpine Saturday at over 2000 meters and a Sunday in endurance mode. Saturday: 40 km Sunday: 105 km
EXPLORE – Limits? None for you! Saturday: 60 km Sunday: 105 km
Once night falls, participants can rest in tents at the Kona Camp and share their experiences of the first stage in a convivial setting. Around the camp, a village of exhibitor booths will come to life, and participants can chat with cycling professionals over an aperitif.
To enhance the experience, each participant will receive an invitation with all the information about the weekend’s organization: times, checkpoint controls, as well as a detailed description of all the trails, villages, and historical monuments they will encounter along the way.
