-A young French pianist and conductor, Paul-Emmanuel Thomas, studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur in Paris and the Royal Conservatory of Liège. He conducts numerous orchestras, including the Liège Philharmonic Orchestra, the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra, the Soloists’ Orchestra of Monte Carlo, the Filarmonica del Piemonte Orchestra, the Royal Conservatory of Mons Orchestra, the San Remo Symphony Orchestra, the Cannes-Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur Symphony Orchestra, the Accademia Filarmonica di Saluzzo Orchestra, the Limoges Opera Orchestra… He was appointed Music Director of the Orchestra Classica Italiana in Turin starting in September 2010. He also conducts many operas such as La Traviata, The Barber of Seville, Il Trovatore, Carmen (broadcast live on Paris Première).
