Meeting Catherine Segurane and Garibaldi
Twelve scenes are offered by the Miranda Company, based at the Thรฉรขtre de la Citรฉ. Through these small comic scenes at the crossroads between operetta and humorous song, the audience discovers the iconic local figures.
This is an opportunity to meet Catherine Segurane. This mysterious local heroic figure reportedly saved the city from the Franco-Ottoman invasion during the siege of Nice in 1543. Still traveling back in time, musicians, actors, and singers introduce the curious to Giuseppe Garibaldi and many others.
