An open race for all
The marathon also offers relay formats. Teams can split the total distance into several segments. This allows runners of all levels to participate in this iconic race. Everyone can set their own goals while enjoying a course suited to their pace.
It is also possible to run as a duo with the 2ร21 km format, where each participant runs a half-marathon. This friendly format attracts many pairs, making the event even more accessible.
A strong commitment to the environment
The Alpes-Maritimes Marathon is committed to a sustainable future. Thus, the event implements significant ecological initiatives. Among them, the use of Eco-Cups replacing 20,000 plastic cups and the promotion of carpooling.
In addition to limiting its carbon footprint, the organization collaborates with local producers to provide fresh fruits and apple juice at refreshment points. This choice supports local agriculture and the regional economy.
