Baie des Anges Editions invites you to an exhibition from January 23 to 28 to showcase their work and the artists they collaborate with.
The publishing house Baie des Anges is eager to present its work to the public. The publisher has spent more than 20 years producing books and collections. 205 is the number of titles published, including Nice crime novels, southern novels, Nice cuisine books, books that allow you to discover heritage, as well as essays and art books. This is why this exhibition came to life, to show you all this labor and the strong friendships that have been formed with those who work with them. The exhibition will allow you to get to know 6 artists with whom the publisher has collaborated throughout its history. To do so, come meet us from January 23 to 28, 2024 at the Galerie des Dominicains in Old Nice.
Who are these notable artists?
There are 6 artists that we will have the honor of discovering. Here is the list:
- Jean-Jacques Beltramo, who is a photographer and press illustrator. He also participates in the show “Vous êtes formidables” on France 3 PACA.
- Jean-Paul Fouques, who is a regional photographer.
- Christophe Hierro, an architect who lives in Nice, is also a painter and has written two short stories published by Baies des Anges Editions.
- Anne-Claire Jacquin, a bookseller passionate about watercolor drawings.
- Yves-Marie Lequin, is a university professor specializing in art and antiquity philosophy. He has also published books with the publishing house.
- And finally, Patrick Moya, is a visual artist, performer and digital artist. His works are notably exhibited in Nice, and you might come across them easily.
