Nice 100% Sport is, from Friday, July 20th to Sunday, August 19th, a succession of professional and amateur tournaments, demonstrations of various beach sports: beach volleyball, footvolley, sandball, beach rugby, and even pétanque…

Nice 100% Sport is an exceptional lineup of high-level athletes gathered in the heart of the city, in the Albert 1st Gardens (French internationals from volleyball or basketball, Yannick Bazin for Beach Volleyball, Olivier Dacourt for Footvolley…).
As part of the Nice 100% Sport event, the Nice Volley Ball organizes Beach Volleyball and Sand Volleyball tournaments at international, national, or regional levels. A spectacular and fun Olympic discipline, Beach Volleyball takes its place in the Albert 1st Gardens for a week of sporting madness, day and night.
Several tournaments are on the schedule.
Women’s tournaments first, such as the Professional Women’s Open of the Alpes Maritimes on Thursday, July 26th and Friday, July 27th, which will see 12 French pairs face off after the qualifications, or a national level 3×3 Women’s Sand Volleyball tournament with experienced players.
The 14th Nice Volley Pro Tour, on Friday, July 27th and Saturday, July 28th, will be an opportunity to observe the very high male level of Sand Volleyball. 10 professional teams of 3 players will spike and dive under the watchful eyes of enthusiastic spectators. 6 French internationals (including Kevin Tillie, Jenia Grebennikov, or Yannick Bazin) and 2 French Beach Volleyball champions (Adrien Caravano and Jean-Baptiste Daguerre) will be part of the event.
There will also be a national level men’s Beach Volleyball tournament with 16 teams on Monday, July 30th.
Competition will be highlighted just as much as initiation. Four mornings will be dedicated to children: educators from Nice Volley Ball will offer games and coordination workshops to the young ones. Finally, a special mixed 4×4 tournament for holidaymakers and students will emphasize conviviality.
