The digital application “Immobilier Contact” will allow users to receive pop-ups on their smartphone when they pass in front of a property for rent or sale that might match their profile.
Nice will be the ideal ground for implementing this system, which aims to expand its reach nationally, if not internationally.
The initiative by the Sophia Antipolis-based agency Wacan has been greeted with interest by the mayor of Nice, Philippe Pradal.
It is in line with the guiding principle of the municipal majority to support all actions for better living together.
