Nice Premium attended the day specially organized to celebrate the arrival of the Tour de France in Nice. On the agenda were workshops, booths, BMX tricks, and an award ceremony for the bike race specially organized for the occasion.
On the occasion of the arrival of the Tour de France in Nice this summer, a bike festival was organized on Quai des États-Unis. There were workshops for both young and old. Numerous associations related to cycling and sports were present to celebrate this event.
There were courses for the little ones to teach them how to properly master biking. A mini golf was also installed for families. Everything was planned to please both children and adults. There was an associative workshop to teach you how to take good care of and repair your bike.
For those who wanted a spectacle, there was a giant ramp accompanied by BMX riders there to put on a show. The high-level tricks were performed under the fascinated gaze of the audience. Between backflips, tailwhips, and flairs, there was enough to give one chills.
And finally, there was the award ceremony of the bike race organized for the occasion. This race follows the route of the final stage of the Tour de France 2024. It was 60 km long with 1000m of elevation gain. The race was open to everyone and registration was free. The winners enjoyed their moment of glory with this prize-giving ceremony.
