Partner cinema theaters in Nice for the event
Building on the success of last year, the City of Nice invites you to the now UNMISSABLE rendezvous for the youth of Nice: Nice Ciné Récré, the film festival for children!
This second edition will offer young people from Nice, as well as older nostalgic cartoon lovers, a true visual recreation.
This event will be accessible to everyone, with a single price of 3 euros for young spectators aged 3 to 18 and the companions of those under 12. The goal is to promote cultural participation, specifically cinema, to as many people as possible.
The program for this family festival includes premieres as well as great classics that will delight both young and old.
Don’t miss the opening of the festivities with an exceptional cine-concert “Cartoon Circus” at the Cinémathèque de Nice on November 13, 2010, at 4 PM and on November 14, 2010, at 3 PM: a musical journey through the golden age of American cartoons, set to music by Roberto Tricarri and Jean Mach, a duo of multi-instrumentalists: an hour of musical enchantment!
This programming of films aimed at young audiences has been made possible thanks to the collaboration of all cinema operators in Nice and the support of film distributors.
They will take place in the partner cinemas of the event: Mercury, Pathé Lingostière, Magnan, Pathé Masséna, Pathé Paris, Rialto, Variétés, Cinémathèque.
