On April 21, at 8 PM, a free concert performed by Diane AIDENBAUM and Aude GIULIANO will take place at the Theatre of Photography and Image. They will offer an original instrumental pairing: violin and concert accordion.
The program includes pieces by Debussy and other compositions, from Piazolla to Granadosโฆ
Diane Aidenbaum was born in 1985. She earned the first prize in violin and chamber music from the National Conservatory of Regional Influence in Nice. She was unanimously accepted by the jury at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent (Belgium) in the class of Lilya Umnova, a disciple of David Oistrakh. There, she obtained a first prize with high distinction in violin and chamber music. She is currently continuing her performance studies at the Royal Academy of Music in London in the class of Maurice Hasson.
Aude Giuliano began studying the accordion at the age of 5. She secured first place in major international competitions among the most prestigious: the Klingenthal International Competition in Germany in the Classical Soloist category for under 12, under 15, and under 18 years of age, as well as the Grand Prix of the City of Castelfidardo in Italy. She specializes in transcriptions of the major classical repertoire for various small chamber music ensembles, such as duos with cellists Frรฉdรฉric Audibert and Franรงois Salque, and the trio โNOMAB LIB.โ
